I have it up and running in my Kontakt 5 but it shows demo next to the loaded sound mode and then times out and i have to restart the program to run it again

Hi,
I have just downloaded this preset and one of them in the sip file is for Zampler, I tried to load the preset but it refuses to work with it. I have tried loading each preset via plug in and no joy. Any insight you may have would be helpful
