DH TransientShaper (VST3) is also free. Email required. Download link will be send to email. Low on CPU, only 5 knobs, resizable UI, not bad IMO.

(Other DH plugins are also nice. Consider donation.) Mac version too,

Transient Lite by AUDEC
Fleeter by SNFK are also good free transient processors
